Returns Policy

To return an item, please email our customer services department.

If for any reason you're not happy with your order, within the first 2 weeks of buying: Provided the kit hasn't been fitted and can be resold, you can return it to us and we'll refund you. Please note we can't always refund postal prices, and may charge a restocking fee on certain items. 

Used items and those retained for over 28 days do not apply to this rule and as such higher fees may apply, however in the unlikely event that you're unhappy with your fitted products, please contact us and we'll try our best to help out.

If you receive your item and it appears to be faulty: This is very unlikely as our kits are all checked before being sent out, however if there is a fault, you can return the item and we'll either replace it or give you a refund.

If your item is damaged in use and is still under warranty, please contact us and we can discuss the options available.

If an item is damaged in use and is not under warranty, we can still help, we can supply a huge number of spare parts.

Shipping Policy

We ship via Royal Mail or a selection of Couriers. All of the packages we send out are insured to the value of the order unless otherwise stated.  All delivery times are estimates though we try our best to get orders sent as quickly as possible. 

Stocked items - UK Delivery Times 
- Standard Delivery: 2-5 working days, tracking number may not be available. 
- Special Delivery: 24-48 hours depending on time of ordering, tracking number available. 

Stocked items - International Delivery Times
Most of our international orders will be sent via courier. Most European orders should arrive within 3-5 working days.

Non stocked items: 
If an item is out of stock the time for delivery will be estimated at the checkout, but selecting Special Delivery will ensure your order is sent using the quickest method.

Technical Policy

For any technical problems, please email technical support, where an experienced member of staff will help you solve the problem as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Depending on your location, we may even be able to send someone out to help.


While every effort is made to ensure that the prices listed on our website are correct, we know that mistakes can happen and as such the price advertised may not always reflect the price of the item, so we reserve the right to cancel an order. In the rare occasion that this might be the case, we will contact you prior to processing your order to discuss either additional payment, refund and/or cancellation.


Prices are shown both with and without VAT in most cases throughout the website for your convenience. The VAT inclusive prices are calculated for individual items, and may not be a true representation of the final amount to be charged. VAT is ultimately calculated at the checkout once shipping has been added.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties

We also hate spamming. Your details will be safe with us, and will not be sold or passed on to anyone. The only correspondence that you will receive from us will be directly in regard to your order, or the occasional newsletter, should you opt to receive it.

We may contact you if you've ordered a custom sized kit, just to get some feedback on the installation process and the accuracy of the fit. Replying to this is, of course, optional, however we'd be really grateful to hear about your experiences so that we can consider adding your vehicle to our product catalogue.

We will usually respond to your complaint within three working days but if we can’t then we’ll write to acknowledge your complaint and tell you what happens next. We’ll keep you informed of our investigation into your complaint and provide a final response within eight weeks. If you are not happy with our final response, or if we have been unable to resolve your complaint within eight weeks, you may have the right to refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service:
